(CercleFinance.com) – SII confirms this evening the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Metanext, the two parties having signed the final closing of the operation.
A digital services company specializing in the Cloud, Metanext achieved a turnover of around 18 ME in 2021 with a team of around 160 consultants, based in Ile-de-France and Lyon, reports SII.
This operation is part of the strategic orientations of technological diversification of the SII group and will allow SII to accelerate its development on Cloud expertise and to strengthen its proximity with a set of major strategic accounts.
