(AOF) – The SII group, a specialist in the engineering professions, achieved during the third quarter, ending at the end of December, of its 2021-2022 financial year a record turnover of 212.7 million euros, in growth of 25.5%. This is the first time that the activity generated by the SII group during a quarter has reached the threshold of 200 million euros. Over the first nine months of the financial year, the turnover achieved reached 589 million euros, up 25.2%.
“All of our sectoral and geographical markets are fueling this growth. This favorable context has led us to revise our ambitions upwards for the whole of the 2021-2022 financial year, during which we should exceed the eight hundred million euro mark by turnover,” said Eric Matteucci, Chairman of the Management Board.
Subject to a controlled evolution of the health and economic context, the SII group should achieve, for its 2021-2022 financial year, an organic growth in its turnover of at least 22%, instead of the 15% announced on 9 last November, representing an annual turnover of more than 800 million euros. In addition, the SII group confirms that it anticipates a level of operating margin at the end of the financial year higher than the level before the health crisis (financial year ended March 31, 2019).

After the “offshore” engineers employed in India or Eastern Europe for missions with low added value, it is now the most specialized functions that are concerned. The group, whose organization should be based on 40 to 50% teleworking, assesses the potential medium-term gain of 1 to 1.5 points on the margin rate (11.9%).
