(CercleFinance.com) – Banque Degroof Petercam SA, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, and Portzamparc (Bnp Paribas Group), acting on behalf of SAS SII Goes On, have filed with the AMF a proposed public offer of simplified purchase (OPAS) for SII shares.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of 70 euros, all of the 8,669,057 existing SII shares not held by the members of the concert, representing 43.35% of the capital of the IT group.
It intends to request, within three months following the closing of the offer, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out targeting the SII shares not presented to the offer, at a price of 70 euros per share.
