SII published third-quarter 2022/2023 revenue up 21.9%

(Boursier.com) — The group IIS, a specialist in the engineering professions, achieved revenue of €259.3 million during the third quarter of the 2022/2023 financial year, up 21.9%. This performance is completely in line with the first half. With the exception of Spain, all geographical entities contributed to this growth, fueled by a still high activity rate and continuous commercial development.

Steady growth in France

In France, the SII group recorded a turnover of 109.6 ME during this third quarter and thus posted organic growth (+13.0%) of the same magnitude as in the first half. The Excluded Leave Activity Rate (TACE) remained at a satisfactory level during this quarter.

Overall over the first 9 months, sales in France amounted to €308.8 million.

International maintains an exceptional organic growth rate

Internationally, the SII group recorded a quarterly turnover of 149.7 ME, up 29.4% at constant exchange rates compared to the third quarter of the previous financial year.
With the exception of Spain, which recorded a drop in activity this quarter (-7%), all countries continued their organic growth, the majority of which, at a high rate, among these: Poland (+33%), Germany (+39%), Romania (+59%), Chile (+38%), Canada (+35%), Czech Republic (+73%), Morocco (+26%) and Colombia (+36%).

Outlook

Despite a geopolitical and macroeconomic climate that remains uncertain, and subject to an evolution without major change, the turnover achieved over the first nine months and the current commercial opportunities should enable us to achieve annual turnover in -over one billion euros for the whole of the 2022/2023 financial year with an operating margin still between 9 and 10%.

Eric Matteucci, Chairman of the Management Board, commented: “This third quarter of the 2022/2023 financial year allows us to record, for the seventh consecutive quarter, an organic growth in turnover of more than 20%. Despite a macroeconomic context uncertain, the dynamics of the SII group continue at a sustained pace, exceeding our reference market. Without any major change in context, this trajectory should now lead us to exceed the symbolic bar of one billion euros in annual turnover for the whole of the 2022/2023 financial year.”
