With all the rumors circulating around the saga, we wonder what can wait Konami to confirm that his cult license is back, if only by giving a small sign that would put an end to the noise in the hallway. But if the Japanese publisher is determined to keep the secret, Christopher Gans does not have his tongue in his pocket and does not want to prolong the mystery too much. The director of the next film silent Hill has once again confirmed that there is not one, but several games silent Hill coming to Konami.
When Konami won’t communicate, Gans does
Some news (not rumors) about the next #Silent Hill game. The director Christophe Gans confirmed a new @Silent Hill is developed by the original Silent Team and @Konami @ReseteraForum @Reddit

During an interview with Movie & Game, Gans returned to the details of the next film in the saga, by declaring that he exchanges regularly with Konami, and more specifically with a team that would be working on one of the new episodes of the series.
We do not know if it is the famous The Short Message or not, but with someone so close to the publisher and the license, we imagine that the information concerning several games in development is true.
A release of the games in parallel with the film?
For the friends who missed my exclusive given by Christophe Gans last June for the return of Silent Hill in JV: small extract ^^

This is actually not the first time that Gans has made such revelations to us. Last June, our colleagues from Jeux Actu were able to speak with the director who had already said the same thing at the time.
It was also thought that Gans’ film would be released in 2023, but according to information from Jeux Actu, the filming of the feature film will start next February in Serbia, with a release that would rather be estimated at 2024. Gans then reveals that this release would stick with that of one of the new games silent Hill.
It’s assumed that Gans didn’t receive a memo telling him to avoid revealing all of this, but it’s definitely time for Konami to start communicating about the return of the saga.
