Jane Birkin, born December 14, 1946, was a British singer and actress. The French-by-choice became famous through the song “Je t’aime … moi non plus”, which she sang in 1969 with her partner Serge Gainsbourg. She had her breakthrough as an actress in 1967 with the award-winning film “Blow Up”. She made more than 40 films (e.g. “The Swimming Pool”, “Egon Schiele – Exzesse”) and released numerous albums.
