(Boursier.com) — Siparex ETI 5 increases its investment capacity to €500 million and makes three new majority investments in its preferred sectors. Siparex ETI 5 thus significantly increases the financial and strategic impact of the Group on the ETI segment, significantly exceeding the size of the previous fund (+75%).
The fund’s strategy is to transform regional leaders into European champions, by financing their acquisitions, supporting their change of scale and their positive transformation.
In two years, Siparex ETI 5 has built up an exceptional portfolio, made up of 10 French and Belgian ETIs, active in the team’s preferred sectors: health, tech/business services and energy efficiency. In 2023, three new majority investments in the capital of Passmann, Sodikart and Piercan completed this portfolio.
With a unit investment capacity of more than 50MEUR, and 15 professionals located in France and Belgium, Siparex ETI 5 is accelerating the development of its companies, which are experiencing very sustained growth, fueled in particular by 45 acquisitions made in 2022.
Furthermore, Siparex ETI also completed two significant disposals in the first part of the year, illustrating the value creation capacity of the portfolio companies.
