Sir Rod Stewart welcomes another member to his family clan as he has become a grandfather again.

The family is growing and growing: Sir Rod Stewart (78) has become a grandfather again. His son Liam (28), who comes from the singer’s marriage to model Rachel Hunter (53), and his partner Nicole had a son yesterday, May 12. That has betrayed the 28-year-old on Instagram.

Along with several pictures of the boy, including one in the cute Celtic Glasgow baby jersey, Liam also revealed his son’s name: Louie Mark Roderick Stewart. Rod Stewart’s love of football and the club in particular was apparently passed on in the family. “Welcome beautiful angel,” Grandma Rachel gushed in a comment. Rod Stewart’s current wife, Penny Lancaster (52), wrote, among other things, that she can’t wait to hug the baby. In addition, numerous other users congratulated, including the singer Natalie Imbruglia (48).

Eight children and three grandchildren

His daughter Ruby (35) gives the singer another grandson. She had earlier this year announced with an ultrasound video on Instagramthat she is expecting a son. According to the comment, the calculated date of birth was probably in April. However, it is currently not known whether the child is still on the way or already in the world.

Rod Stewart made his daughter Kimberly (43) a grandfather for the first time in 2011. He himself has eight children. He has sons Alastair, 17, and Aiden, 12, with Penny Lancaster. Stewart was married to Hunter from 1990 to 2006, and they had their daughter Renee (30) in addition to Liam.
