Statement from Sirius Media on allegations made against PM SA
Paris (France), February 27, 2024 – 6:30 p.m. – SIRIUS MEDIA (FR0010812230 – ALSRS)
declares having taken note of the allegations, of which it was not aware, made against the former managers of its subsidiary PM SA and certain of its service providers through the press.
SIRIUS MEDIA recalls that its indirect acquisition of a stake in the company PM SA, dating from December 2022, is subsequent to the period under investigation (2015-2018) and specifies that the persons in question have no longer been agents since 2018 and no longer employed since 2021.
SIRIUS MEDIA would like to point out that it conducts its activities in strict compliance with the law and ensures that each of the entities in its group acts in the same way. Any behavior contrary to these fundamental values will be treated with the greatest severity, in accordance with the Group’s internal policies and the laws in force.
SIRIUS MEDIA is aware that these allegations may damage its reputation. The Group is committed to communicating transparently on the development of this matter.
