The investigation ran for months and has now resulted in a confession and a complaint: A 36-year-old from the Klagenfurt-Land district ran an indoor cannabis plantation and sold the drug.
During a search of her currently unoccupied house, officers discovered 211 cannabis plants in an indoor plantation. In the woman’s apartment in Klagenfurt they found around four kilos of cannabis, typical packaging material, two laptops, two digital scales, a mill for chopping the herb (grinder) and several cell phones. The 36-year-old confessed. From May 2023 until now, she grew cannabis three times and obtained around 5.7 kilos of the drug. From September of the previous year to the beginning of April 2024, she sold around 1.8 kilos of cannabis profitably. The dealer is reported to be at large by order of the public prosecutor.
