All players and fans of skateboarding remember, of course, the different Skate opuses. The license, which opts more for a simulation aspect rather than an arcade, had been able to please. The latest installment, Skate 3, arrived on consoles in 2010. Since then, it’s been dead calm, and everyone is eagerly awaiting Skate 4.
As a reminder, the software is developed by Full Circle and published by EA. For a while, there were a lot of rumors regarding the development of the title. However, in 2020, EA shed light on the subject and confirmed that Skate 4 was well and truly being created. But that’s not all. Skate 4 was talked about again recently, when a gameplay video leaked on the Web.
Twitter user Jeff Grubb shared the footage. From this we can see that the development of Skate 4 is still in its infancy since the environments are unfinished and the images look like prototypes. However, it seems that Full Circle has decided to add new movement mechanicssuch as Frontflips outside of skateboarding, for example.

Several sources also mention the fact that Skate 4 could offer larger play areasunlike Skate 3 which allowed you to explore small, but many areas.
At present, we have very little information regarding Skate 4. By the way, the developers and publisher have not announced a possible release date for skate 4. To find out more about this, you will have to be patient and wait for further communication from them. Of course, we will keep you informed as soon as more information is available about Skate 4.
