When choosing a product, it is not primarily about how it feels after the first application on the complexion (unless of course it itches or burns), but rather the question: How do I find active ingredients that work where mine skin needs help?

What helps in which case – and how quickly?

These active ingredients can work wonders, but note: they too take time to do their jobs effectively. Usually at least four weeks – that’s how long it takes for the skin to completely renew itself and recover from skin irritations such as redness, enlarged pores and pigment spots.
