Skull & Bones: PC configurations – Skull & Bones

First announced in 2017, Skull & Bones is now set to land on multiple gaming platforms, including PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. While the release of the software is fast approaching, players are wondering what are the PC requirements to play Skull & Bones. We now know the answer.

Going through the various information concerning the PC configurations of the title, we notice very quickly that Skull & Bones wants to be rather greedy. In order to play according to the recommended configuration, players will need to own a good machine. To take advantage of better resolutions, you will need to be equipped with a very good PC. The weight of Skull & Bones is also quite significant, you will certainly agree.

Minimum configuration (30 FPS – 1080p)

• Operating system → Windows 10 64 Bit
• Processor → Intel Core i7-4790 (3.6 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2 GHz) or higher
• Graphic card → Nvidia GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 570 (8 GB) or better
• RAM → 8 GB
• DirectX → Version 12
• Storage → 65 GB of free space (SSD required)

Recommended configuration (60 FPS – 1080p)

• Operating system → Windows 10 64 Bit
• Processor → Intel Core i7-8700K (3.7 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (3.6 GHz) or higher
• Graphic card → Nvidia RTX 2070 (8 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB) or better
• RAM → 16 GB
• DirectX → Version 12
• Storage → 65 GB of free space (SSD required)

In a second article, about it, which is available on the official website, Ubisoft shared more information regarding the system requirements to play Skull & Bones at 1440p or 2160p, with 60 frames per second.

• Graphic card → Nvidia RTX 3080 (10 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (16 GB) or better
• RAM → 16 GB
• DirectX → Version 12
• Storage → 65 GB of free space (SSD required)
