  • Sky has partnerships with various streaming providers.
  • This now also includes Dyn.
  • We’ll tell you what content you can receive on your Sky Q receiver.

Sky has put a lot of work into partnerships with other providers over the past few years so that Sky has more content to offer. The company now has partnerships with Netflix, Disney+, DAZN, Prime Video and Paramount+, for example. Dyn is now a new provider that will bring more sports content to the Sky Q platform.

Sky and Dyn have agreed on a long-term partnership, with no term being communicated. Dyn offers streams of the handball league, the basketball league, the volleyball league and other competitions and sports.

Handball, basketball and volleyball Bundesliga come to Sky Q

Overall, the deal will give Sky users more content. However, it should be noted that the Handball Bundesliga was previously shown on Sky and the provider has now lost the rights to Dyn.

In order to be able to see content via Sky Q Dyn, you must complete a subscription with the provider. Unfortunately, it is currently still unclear how much a Dyn subscription will cost for Sky users. The normal Dyn subscription costs 10.50 euros per month for early bookers. At Sky there should then be a slightly better and exclusive deal, which could probably be between 5 and 10 euros.

However, there is no official information on this yet. The first live events on Dyn will start on August 23rd. The Pixum Super Cup will be broadcast there.
