Skyrim becomes a city-builder, thanks to a mod

A few days ago, we told you about a mod allowing you to set up a fast food restaurant in the Tamriel world, in a dedicated article. But that’s not all: Skyrim can become a real city-builder, with RTS-type mechanics, if you install a freshly updated mod.

First released in 2012, Ripvanwinkle111’s “RTS for Skyrim” mod has recently received an update. From now on, the players and the players, installing this mod, will be able to test running a village in the world of Tamriel. It is possible to place different buildings, such as houses, workshops or shops. Therefore, it will be necessary to recruit merchants and villagers. The latter will have to pay a tax, learn to hunt for food, etc. It is possible to recruit up to 200 NPCs, in total and at present. Obviously, the modder thought of implementing a tutorial to explain the basics of gameplay.

As you will have understood, “RTS for Skyrim” allows you to approach Skyrim as a true city-builder. And it’s a safe bet that new features and new elements will be added, in the more or less near future, thanks to future updates.
