Sleep problems in babies & toddlers: "Help, my child doesn't want to sleep!"

Babies and toddlers sleep poorly when they are too warm. The temperature in the children's bedroom should not be above 18 degrees. A sleeping bag that keeps the child warm at night is ideal. Down is suitable in winter and lighter materials such as cotton in summer.

Sleep tip:
Ventilate the room in which your child sleeps well before going to sleep. You can check the temperature with a thermometer in the bedroom and then quickly get a feel for the ideal sleeping temperature.
