Opinions are divided on the question of where the bed is in the room – but what consequences does the choice of bed side have on our health? One thing is certain: one side makes you healthier than the other.

At some point, each of us will have outgrown our 90-centimeter-wide youth bed and have to decide: sleeper left or right? A study by the bed manufacturer Sealy UK with 1000 test persons found that not only the seven to eight hours of sleep is important. The sleeping side also influences the quality of our sleep.

The right side of the bed makes the difference

Because as was found out in the study of sleep behavior, one side of the bed makes us wake up much more relaxed and even happier. So it may be worthwhile for you to switch sides.
