Successful first step for SMAIO as part of its IPO on Euronext Growth. The medtech specializing in spinal surgery raised an amount of 9 million euros, from a firm price of 5.54 euros. The market capitalization will be around 29 million euros post-operation.
All orders, priority A1 up to 200 securities and A2 beyond, will be served at 100%.
The settlement-delivery of the shares is scheduled for April 5 and the first quotations the following day.
