A fire in a house on Sunday afternoon in Guntramsdorf (Lower Austria) claimed one seriously injured. The apartment owner was already unconscious when the fire department rescued him from the smoke-filled building.
After immediate action by emergency paramedics from the fire brigade, the man was flown to the hospital with the emergency helicopter. The fire on the ground floor was quickly extinguished, the Guntramsdorf fire brigade reported on its website.
