Actually, the “Fantastic Four” really wanted to celebrate with their fans again. But at her concert in Bonn, Smudo fell badly and now has to be treated in the hospital.
The “Fantastic Four” are currently touring through Germany and really getting their crowd going. However, on Friday, August 26, 2022, there was an accident with rapper Smudo, 54, on the stage of their concert in Bonn.
Smudo is in the hospital after a bad fall
The legendary German hip-hop band had already played for two hours. During the encore, Smudo wanted to do a cool jump, but fell and remained motionless, as “Bild” reports. His colleagues immediately rushed to his aid and Thomas D, 53, made it clear: “It wasn’t a stunt, it’s real.” Concern spread among the 14,000 spectators, and the concert finally had to be stopped.
After rescue workers were alerted, they are said to have taken the musician to a clinic. A little later, the Stuttgart band clarified via Facebook what actually happened. “Yesterday in Bonn, Smudo tore a tendon in his knee during the encore on stage. Unfortunately, we therefore have to postpone today’s concert in Osnabrück. We are trying to find an alternative date in 2023, tickets remain valid. We will get back to you as soon as we know more about it. Get well soon Smudo!”, It says there.
His bandmates wish him a speedy recovery
Thomas D also speaks up on social media. “What can you say? Last concert of the forever 30 years tour, and during the encore Smudo injured his knee so we had to stop the concert. And now my friend is in the hospital [sic]”, he writes on Twitter, adding crying emojis.
Michi Beck, 54, posts several snapshots of the concert and writes: “What a memorable conclusion to our #forever30yearslive Trip.”
And further: “Thank you for your love and positive energy Bonn. And [Smudo] show them in the hospital what a rake is. You gave it your all bro [sic]. “
