Tour breakaway Mohoric cries after photo finish drama

According to tour director Christian Prudhomme, the 19th stage of the Tour de France comes with a “gigantic starting ramp”, an eight-kilometer-long home straight: Accordingly, the professional cyclists put on an incredibly fast race on the road. Matej Mohoric wins, celebrates and cries.
Slovenian professional cyclist Matej Mohoric won the 19th stage of the 110th Tour de France. The 28-year-old from Team Bahrain-Victorious beat Kasper Asgreen (Denmark/Soudal-QuickStep), the winner of the previous day, after 172.8 km in Poligny. At first no decision could be made because the finish of the two drivers was incredibly close. Only the decision to take the target photo gave clarity, whereupon Mohoric burst into tears.
One day before the last difficult mountain stage in the Vosges, the classification riders held back again.
