The three production sites and the logistics site divided between Lorette (Loire), Communay and Saint-Genis-Laval (Rhône) which have 420 employees, put an end to the strike movement, supported by the inter-union CGT-FO-Unsa, which began on the evening of February 7.
The employees, however, did not obtain the general increase in wages of around 5% that they wanted, said officials of the CGT and FO.
No 5% wage increase
The increase, obtained within the framework of the mandatory annual negotiations 2022, is finally 68 euros gross monthly for the first college (workers and employees) and the second college (supervisors), to which is added an annual bonus of 400 euros , says the same sources.
Contacted by AFP, management was not available on Thursday to comment on the end-of-conflict memorandum of understanding.
The three Lustucru Frais factories in the Loire and Rhône regions specialize in the production of fresh pasta and stuffed pasta, quenelles and pan-fried gnocchi.
