Un historian of the future who would like to write a treatise on hypocrisy in politics at the beginning of the XXIe century in France should take the fight against social fraud as an example. No political party would grow from such an examination. The problem is well known, abundantly documented by numerous parliamentary works and reports by the Court of Auditors. But postures and cowardice have always prevailed, until now, over the assumed need to take measures: hunting down fake Vitale cards, unscrupulous health professionals, employers reluctant to pay their contributions, fake retirees who resided abroad and who continue to receive their pension for years after death…
