(CercleFinance.com) – The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces that the chairman of its board of directors, Didier Ridoret, has tendered his resignation today and that it has been accepted by the board.
Didier Ridoret will nevertheless remain a director of Société de la Tour Eiffel until the end of his term of office, which will expire at the General Meeting called to approve the accounts for the 2023 financial year.
Patrick Bernasconi has been unanimously appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, with immediate effect.
Present on the Board of Directors of the Société de la Tour Eiffel since 2014, Patrick Bernasconi is 66 years old. Head of a public works company, he notably chaired the National Federation of Public Works (FNTP) from 2005 to 2013. From 2013 to the end of 2015, he was vice-president of Medef, in charge of mandates, branches and territories. .
