Société Foncière Lyonnaise: €221.5 million in consolidated net profit for the first half of 2022


(Boursier.com) — The rental income of Lyonnaise Land Company (SFL) amounted to 98 ME in the 1st half of 2022 (86.1 ME in the 1st half of 2021), posting a strong increase of +11.9 ME (+13.8%).

Operating income (restated for income from disposals and valuation of the portfolio) amounted to €78.1 million at June 30, 2022 (€66.6 million at June 30, 2021), representing a significant increase of 17.3%.

Taking these main elements into account, net recurring income, Epra Group share, stood at €48.9 million at June 30 (€43.8 million at June 30, 2021). Per share, they amount to 1.14 euro/a and 0.94 euro/a respectively, a notable increase of 21.1%.

Consolidated net income, Group share as of June 30, 2022 amounted to €221.5 million (€98.8 million as of June 30, 2021).

SFL’s consolidated portfolio is valued at €8.357 billion in market value excluding duties as of June 30, 2022, up +9.9% compared to December 31, 2021 (€7.606 billion) in particular following the acquisition of the active Pastor. The increase was +3.8% on a like-for-like basis, driven in particular by assets under development. The average rental yield of the portfolio (EPRA “topped-up” NIY) is 3% as of June 30 (2.9% as of December 31, 2021).

As of June 30, 2022, the company’s EPRA NTA Net Asset Value stood at €4.687 billion and the EPRA NDV at €4.666 billion. Over the half-year, the EPRA NTA per share increased by +1.3% to 109.3 euros/share and the EPRA NDV per share by +6.7% to 108.9 euros/share. Over one year, the increases are respectively +6.4% and +9.9%, after distribution of a dividend of 4.2 euros/share in April 2022.
