(CercleFinance.com) – ING and Boursorama, a subsidiary of Société Générale, announce that they have signed an agreement to allow ING customers to join Boursorama and benefit from a simplified account opening process and exclusive offers.
The agreement also provides for the transfer to Boursorama of life insurance contracts (investment products), for which ING acts as broker with Generali Vie. Real estate and consumer loans are not included.
The agreement follows ING’s decision in December 2021 to leave the French retail banking market, an exit which it aims to complete by the end of 2022. The Dutch establishment will nevertheless continue its activities. of wholesale banking in France.
