(CercleFinance.com) – Societe Generale announces the appointment of Alexandre Maymat as director of inspection and audit, from July 1, succeeding Pascal Augé who has decided to leave the banking group shortly to develop a personal project.
Alexandre Maymat will be replaced as director of Global Transaction & Payment Services by David Abitbol, who will himself be replaced as director of the securities business by Arnaud Jacquemin, currently CEO of Société Générale Luxembourg.
David Abitbol and Arnaud Jacquemin will report to Anne-Christine Champion and Alexandre Fleury, co-heads of wholesale banking and investor solutions. Like Alexandre Maymat, they will remain members of the management committee.
