(CercleFinance.com) – Sodexo announces the signature of an agreement for the acquisition of AH Management, an independent local foodservice distributor in the United States, a transaction which is expected to be finalized in the coming months.
The acquisition of this operator, one of the largest players in the American Midwest, aims to enrich Sodexo’s InReach catering offer in the fast-growing take-out snacking and vending market in North America.
With AH Management, it will complement and expand its multi-channel offering, including convenience stores, vending machines, coffee machines, connected refrigerators, water coolers, catering and on-site dining in the Midwest.
