(CercleFinance.com) – Sodexo publishes adjusted EPS of 4.78 euros for its 2022 financial year, double the previous year, with an operating margin of 5%, up 170 basis points thanks to in particular the strong recovery in volumes and its GET efficiency program.
Services group revenue reached €21.1 billion, up 21.2%, driven by organic growth of 16.9%, a contribution from acquisitions net of disposals of -1.2 % having been more than offset by a currency effect of +5.5%.
The Board of Directors has decided to propose a dividend of 2.40 euros for the past financial year, up 20% compared to 2021, in line with its policy of a payout ratio of 50% of adjusted net income .
For the 2023 financial year, Sodexo expects its financial performance to return to the levels of the 2019 financial year. It is confident in its ability to achieve organic growth of between +8 and +10%, as well as an operating margin close to 5.5%.
