(Boursier.com) — By letter received on May 9 at the AMF, the company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware Artisan Partners Limited Partnership – a company controlled by Artisan Investments GP LLC acting as ‘general partner’, it -even controlled the company Artisan Partners Holdings LP- acting on behalf of funds and clients which it manages, declared having crossed upwards, on May 3, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the company’s voting rights Sodexo. It holds, on behalf of these funds and clients, 10,925,520 Sodexo shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.41% of the capital and 5.03% of the voting rights of the company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Sodexo shares on the market.
