(CercleFinance.com) – Sodexo announces the composition of the future board of directors of Pluxee, with personalities bringing ‘solid experience acquired both in large companies listed on the stock exchange and in start-ups’.
Didier Michaud-Daniel will be executive chairman of the board, which will include four directors representing the Bellon family (including Sodexo CEO Sophie Bellon), and five independent directors (such as Bénédicte Chrétien, HR director of Crédit Agricole).
These proposed members will be appointed before the execution of the spin-off and the listing of Pluxee, at a general meeting. As a reminder, Pluxee will consolidate Sodexo’s employee benefits and engagement activities.
