(AOF) – Sodexo has appointed Sébastien de Tramasure, currently CFO of Sodexo North America, to the position of Group CFO. Marc Rolland will continue to serve as Group Financial Director until May 1, 2024, before taking on new roles which will be announced in due course. “The appointment of Sébastien de Tramasure is the result of a succession plan prepared for a long time,” explains Sodexo. he has worked at Sodexo for almost 18 years.
Before occupying his current position, he held various positions within the finance function, including that of Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (now Pluxee).
Marc Rolland will continue to manage the Pluxee spin-off project until its complete finalization.
