In this ambitious series, Sofia Essaïdi will play Laurence Molinier, a role created from scratch for this adaptation. She will therefore play an epidemiologist in charge of putting a name to the virus ravaging a small town in the south of France. She notably explained that the discovery of her pregnancy during filming in no way called into question her participation in this project. “At the time of filming [qui a eu lieu entre avril et juin 2023, ndlr], I had just found out that I was pregnant.
