(CercleFinance.com) – Sogeclair announces that its board of directors has decided to modify its governance structure, by separating the functions of chairman of the board from those of general management following the general meeting of 11 May.
‘This change in governance will allow continued growth and is part of the continuity and acceleration of the ONE SOGECLAIR transformation plan, initiated in the summer of 2021, towards ever greater operational excellence’, explains- he.
Philippe Robardey will leave his position as Chief Executive Officer, which he has held since May 2003, while remaining Chairman of the Board of Directors. It will be proposed to appoint Olivier Pedron, currently Deputy Managing Director, as Managing Director.
