(CercleFinance.com) – Sogeclair announces that its board of directors will submit to the next combined annual general meeting, which will be held on May 11, the approval of the transfer of the listing of its securities from the regulated market of Euronext Paris to the system Euronext Growth Paris.
Subject to this approval and the agreement of Euronext Paris, this listing will take place through an accelerated procedure for the admission to trading of existing shares, without the issuance of new shares.
Listing on Euronext Growth Paris will take place within a minimum period of two months from the meeting that authorized this transfer. Authorization of the operation by Euronext Paris is expected from mid-July.
