(CercleFinance.com) – Soitec publishes revenue of 282 ME for the 4th quarter of 2021/22, up 53% at constant exchange rates compared to the same period a year earlier.
As a result, annual revenue for the 2021-2022 financial year reached $1bn for the first time, at €863m, up 50% at constant exchange rates, slightly above the guidance of around 45%.

This demonstrates the value we bring to our customers in each of our three end markets: mobile communications, automotive and industrial, and smart devices,” commented Paul Boudre, CEO of Soitec.
Soitec anticipates revenue growth of around 20% at constant scope and exchange rates for the 2022-2023 financial year and an EBITDA margin of around 35.5% compared to 34% in the previous estimate.
By 2025/2026, Soitecan anticipates significant growth in each of its end markets and is aiming for revenue of approximately $2.3 billion and an EBITDA margin of approximately 40% (compared to $2 billion and 35% in the previous estimate).
