What is new, however, is that companies should also become more involved in the expansion and development of childcare services. “Everything that improves the compatibility of family and work actively counteracts the shortage of skilled workers,” the two coalition parties, the association of municipalities, the Federation of Industry and the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce agree.
