(AOF) – The Board of Directors of Solocal Group has appointed Cédric Dugardin to the position of Managing Director. He will succeed Hervé Milcent who will leave his position on November 21, 2023. Cédric Dugardin, director of the group since June 2023, will continue to exercise his current functions as director. Philippe Mellier, Chairman of the Board, declared: “The choice of the Board of Directors naturally fell on Cédric Dugardin, because of his knowledge of the group and his ability to evolve in complex and transitional contexts.”
Before adding: “He will continue discussions with creditors, study the different options in the interest of the group and will work to initiate new momentum.”
Cédric Dugardin specializes in business recovery, crisis management, restructuring and transformation. After starting his career at PwC then Seita-Altadis, he, among other things, successfully completed the turnaround of Quick, the restructuring of Conforama and, more recently, the liquidation of the Presstalis group, allowing the takeover of its assets by France Messagerie , which he led until January 2021. He then led the transformation of APST, the leading French guarantor of travel operators, then supported the Salaün tourism group in its financial restructuring. Since September 2022, he has headed the Eugène Perma group, a French cosmetics company.
