‘With this operation, Solutions 30 confirms that it is relaunching its external growth policy and is accelerating the development of its activities in the field of energy transition, in a market estimated at nearly 20 billion euros per year in France,’ he explains. -he.
Relying on a network of certified service providers, EnergyGo carried out more than 4,000 energy renovation actions in 2021 for a turnover of more than 53 million euros, multiplied by four between 2019 and 2021.
Completion of the transaction is expected in the coming weeks, once the information-consultation process has been completed and subject to the authorizations of the regulatory authorities as well as the lifting of the usual conditions precedent.
