(CercleFinance.com) – Solvay announces that the rating agency CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) has confirmed its rating of Solvay at A- in its latest assessment of climate change, ‘even with a stricter questionnaire this year’.
The Belgian chemical group explains that it has once again been rewarded by this non-profit organization ‘for its governance, its progress in reducing emissions and for its comprehensive climate roadmap’.
More than 13,000 of the world’s largest companies are disclosing information on climate change, deforestation and water security through the CDP, at the request of more than 590 investors.
