(CercleFinance.com) – Solvay announced Thursday the signing of a multi-million euro agreement with Agru, an Austrian polymer specialist for the delivery of high-performance polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
With this multi-year contract, the Austrian family business will secure its supply of PVDF for the production of sheathing materials for the semiconductor industry, indicates the Belgian chemical group.
In its press release, Solvay recalls that Agru is a long-standing partner, with which it has collaborated for 40 years.
