* UNDERLYING EBITDA OF EUR 702 MLNS IN Q3 AGAINST EUR 917 MLNS A YEAR AGO

* UNDERLYING NET PROFIT EUR 340 MLNS IN Q3 AGAINST EUR 509 MLNS A YEAR AGO

*RETURN ON EQUITY (ROCE) AMOUNT TO 15.2% IN Q3, APPROXIMATELY CORRESPONDING TO THAT OF THE THIRD QUARTER 2022
