“Someone wanted to harm my daughter”, the hypothesis raised by the young girl’s mother

As a reminder, it all started on September 23 when the 15-year-old girl was walking to the Saint-Blaise-la-Roche station from her home in Champenay. On this short journey, the 15-year-old girl disappears without a trace. Nearly seven months later, Lina’s disappearance remains unsolved despite the discovery of very serious background information on the case.

In June 2022, the young girl accompanied by her mother and father filed a complaint of rape against two young adult men aged 19 and 20. Facts which allegedly took place on May 4, when the young girl accompanied by a friend found herself at the home of one of them under the influence of alcohol and cannabis. It was when Lina’s second teenager and friend left that the young girl’s alleged rape took place.

Disappearance of Lina: these other elements which trouble her mother

While many have wondered about the time between filing a complaint for “ gang rape of a minor » of the young girl and the date of the facts, a month and a half, the lawyer of Lina’s mother, Maître Airoldi, then affirmed last March that this was due to the cyberharassment suffered by Lina. He mentions “mockery” as well as “ignominies poured on her on social networks“. But the alleged rape of the young girl is not the only element that troubles the investigators as well as her mother in this case.

A few months after these incidents of sexual violence, in December 2022, the young girl’s motorcycle was targeted. A theft which repeated a few months later when the teenager’s second motorcycle was also stolen in August 2023, a month before her disappearance. Facts that push Lina’s mother, Fanny Groll, to wonder. If for the moment no link has been able to be demonstrated between these different events, the mother wonders if someone did not target her daughter and evokes the thesis of “targeted revenge“.

She explains how these two successive flights took place. The first on December 23, 2022, Fanny Groll realized the disappearance of the two-wheeler kept in the garage at home: “The protective blankets were on the ground“, she says. Her daughter quickly bought a second motorbike to be able to get around, an MRT Rieju.

It was then stolen on August 3, 2023 while the whole family was on vacation in Tunisia: “This time, there was a break-in: the lock was forced and the approved U padlock, purchased at TTEC Moto in La Broque, cut» she affirms. A situation which pushes the mother to think that the thieves are specifically targeting her daughter: “They only steal Lina’s motorcycle. When you break down a door, you don’t just take the motorcycle, you also take what’s next to it. After this flight, Lina found herself on foot» she concludes.
