(CercleFinance.com) – The company JP 3 declared to the AMF to have crossed upwards, on December 29, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights and 10% of the capital of Somfy and to hold on this date, 10% of the capital and 6.16% of the voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from the contribution by JPJ2 of its entire stake held in Somfy to JP 3, during the public offer period initiated by JPJS and JP 3 on Somfy shares.
As a result of this transfer, the concert consisting, among others, of the companies JPJS, JPJ2 and JP3 did not cross any threshold and specified that it held, as of December 29, 74.82% of the capital and 84.26% of the voting rights of Somfy .
