(CercleFinance.com) – Rothschild Martin Maurel, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis, Portzamparc BNP Paribas and Société Générale, acting on behalf of the companies JPJS and JP3, have filed a draft simplified tender offer with the AMF (OPAS) targeting Somfy shares.
The initiators, who together with other family shareholders hold 27,328,579 shares, i.e. 73.86% of the capital and 84.16% of the voting rights, irrevocably undertake to acquire, at a price of 143 euros per share, a maximum of 7,551,738 shares.
They intend to request, within three months of the closing of the offer, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out. Trading of Somfy shares will resume on 16 November.
