Rockstar has finally released the first trailer for GTA 6. This not only reveals that the game will be released in 2025, but also confirms Vice City as the setting. In the almost one and a half minute long clip we also get to know the main character Lucia. The video is accompanied by the song Love Is A Long Road by singer Tom Petty, who died in 2017.

That is quite surprising. In October, a leaker on Reddit claimed his wife had already seen the trailer and explained that Rockstar accompanied the clip with the song “That’s All” by Genesis. It is unclear whether this is just a fake or whether Rockstar changed its mind at short notice. Of the scenes described on Reddit, only a few can be found in the trailer that has now been published.
