On the occasion of the broadcast of the program The song of the year on Saturday June 4, 2022, from 9:05 p.m. on TF1, Télé Star reveals to you in which city this program hosted by Nikos Aliagas will take place.
As every year since its launch on the antenna of TF1 in 2004, the show called The song of the year will be back for a new, unpublished number on Saturday June 4, 2022, from 9:05 p.m. Initially presented by Flavie Flament until 2008, the program was then hosted by Sandrine Quétier in 2009. Since 2011, it is Nikos Aliagas who embodies this annual summer eventduring which a sample of French people chosen by TF1 vote to elect their favorite French song of the past year. After taking up residence in the Arena of Nîmes between 2015 and 2019the show took place in the Jardin du Palais-Royal in Paris in 2020, then at the Château de Chambord in 2021.
This year, it is on the side of Toulon that the teams of the program have put down their suitcases. “The largest open-air concert hall reopens its doors with The song of the year which will take place this year in the sumptuous setting of the Mourillon beaches in Toulon. In a magnificent setting with the beach and the sea in the background behind the stage, the artists will perform in front of an audience of 10,000 people. A great musical show in the presence of all the artists who marked the year. These stars of French song will perform their titles“, indicated the first chain in its press release.

For this new edition of The song of the yearNikos Aliagas will welcome many artists from the French music scene.AmirAngèle, Juliette Armanet, Bigflo & Oli, Claudio Capeo, Jérémy Frérot, Kendji GiracHyphen Hyphen, Jul, Keen’V, Kungs, La Zarra, Aya Nakamura Feat Damso, Naps, Soolking, or even tayc will all participate in this program. “Voting will begin at 9:10 p.m. and the prize will be announced at the end of the show. Who will succeed to I go there interpreted by Florent Pagny & Patrick Fiori, song of the year 2021? Answer on Saturday June 04 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1!“, also added the first chain.
