Sonja Kirchberger: She’s not afraid of old age

“I’m so happy. Turning sixty, being healthy and vital, I feel like I’ve won the lottery.” She is aware of her own health every day: “I have a ritual. I wake up every morning and say, ‘Thank you for letting me wake up in this healthy body. That makes me happy.”
