Sony seems to confirm the existence of the Horizon (Netflix), God of War (Amazon), and Gran Turismo series

Sony Corporation’s Business Segment Briefings 2022 was packed with information overnight, with PlayStation fleshing out the outlines of its strategy going forward for the next few years. But apart from games, the group also plans to continue its growth in the field of cinema and series. While we wait for the next broadcast of the series The Last of Us on HBO, jim ryan seems to have revealed the existence of three other projects, which were only at the stage of rumors, namely series Horizon, god of war and Gran Turismo.

PlayStation multiplies the series

During a Q&A following the presentation, which was later reported by Press Start Australia via Resetera, Jim Ryan apparently confirmed the existence of the series. Since this session was not filmed, we will take these statements with a grain of salt for the moment.

Jim Ryan would then have declared thata series Horizon was in development and would stream on Netflix, which is still a major announcement, although no further details were given. We will therefore have to wait for confirmation from Netflix before being sure.

The PlayStation CEO also confirmed the existence of the series god of war to Amazon Prime, which has already been revealed by Deadine, and therefore seems to be well on its way. Again, no other information to get your teeth into, as for series Gran Turismoalso apparently mentioned, but which would not yet have a broadcaster.

Sony also says it has 10 adaptation projects currently in development.. In addition to these three, there is also the series The Last of Usthe film Ghost of Tsushima and the series Twisted Metal. We also imagine that a Uncharted 2 is conceivable being the success of the first film with Tom Holland.
