The PlayStation+ and PlayStation Now redesign project could see the light of day very soon.
In the absence of PS5 stocks, Sony could well offer a little novelty on its consoles next week. Spartacus, the service that could compete with Xbox Game Pass, is finally approaching.
Revealed by Bloomberg at the end of 2021, Project Spartacus would consist of merging PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now subscriptions to create a single service giving access to different game catalogs. Three different packages would be provided:
- PlayStation Plus Essential, for €9/month, with games offered each month, such as the current PS+;
- PlayStation Plus Extra, for $13/month, plus a catalog of downloadable games, like Xbox Game Pass (without the cloud);
- PlayStation Plus Premium, plus streaming gameplay and retro classics.

Generally very well informed, the one known on the networks as ZhugeEX indicates that Sony will officially present its Spartacus project next week. It is not specified, however, if the exit is planned in stride or if a waiting time will again be necessary. Answer in a few days.
